Retry Tool Sync
Re-queue failed tool-assignment config pushes for another reconcile. Resets the bot's failed assignments (optionally narrowed to ``tool_ids``) to ``pending`` under a fresh generation bump, then triggers a reconcile. 404s if there are no matching failed assignments.
List Bots
List bots for an organization. Equivalent to ``POST /bots/search`` with an empty body. Prefer the search endpoint for new callers — it accepts an optional ``where`` filter DSL and is the canonical list shape going forward.
