Get Rates

EUR credit rates per 1M input/output tokens for managed models. Rates carry this org's markup, or the platform default markup when the org has not enabled managed credits yet (what it would pay if it did). Each requested id lands in exactly one list (each list keeps request order): ``rates``, or ``not_found`` with a reason (outside the managed set, no published price, or no cached price while the provider is unreachable). A rate is never estimated; ``as_of`` dates the provider price behind it. 503 when managed credits are not configured on this deployment.

A 404 is a perfectly normal outcome — it means the importer has not cached artwork for this entry, or never could — and the frontend renders the rust ``Plug`` for it. Nothing here ever reaches upstream: if the bytes are not in our database, the answer is "no", not "hold on while I go and ask Composio".
